The Doctor in our film Tortures his victims whereas in Human Centipede the Doctor torture his victims then he joins them together. The Doctor in Human Centipede is a retired doctor whereas in our film the doctor still works as a full time doctor.
Althrough both doctors share the same simliarities and differences but they both still have the same role through the film.
